Made it to LAX an hour or so late – delayed, ironically, by an arctic storm sweeping down over western Colorado.

Team is now wandering the terminal in search of chocolate and other sustenance before the midnight departure to Aukland. A few of us techie nerds are huddled around the power outlets, cramming a few last electrons into our laptops and sharing a mobile hotspot to grab our last dose of non-antipodal email for the year (thank you, Android tethering!).
